Tutwiler Farm is an established neighborhood located in the heart of Trussville, Alabama.  There are over three hundred homes situated in the picturesque rolling hills and valleys of northeast Jefferson County.  Our neighborhood is a nice mixture of retired people, active working men and women, and young families.

 

Our beautiful entrance represents the pride of our residents but also the pride we take in caring for our families, homes and neighbors.  The contributions and investments we make in Tutwiler Farm are investments in the future of our children and our community.

Our Association Members are served by an elected Board of Directors and many volunteers who are dedicated to insuring our neighborhood will always be a place to enjoy living, and where we can bring our children up in a safe and caring environment.
